We are very flexible and can work with most file formats, examples are: jpeg, tiff, pdf, eps, psd, png, raw, ai (V2).
Artwork is always better at print size, however it’s not always possible due to file sizes so in cases like this then then the minimum we need is a file sized to half of the final print size. However you MUST advise us at the time of placing your order what the finished size of your print will be, we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect sizes.
We’d always recommend a minimum of 150 dpi, however higher resolutions are better if you have them as the final out put will improve in some instances.
Don’t worry either format is fine as we apply our own print formats.
Our colour profiles will generally produce a good commercial match however if there is particular sensitivity to colour then we’d always ask you to provide a physical CAD or style guide for us to work too. Either route is available but if in doubt don’t hesitate to talk to our customer service team.
If we are simply printing fabric for you then this isn’t necessary, however if we are manufacturing products for you the a 5mm bleed all round is required to allow for placement, sewing etc.
As we print digitally then we have few limitations. Printed text should be a minimum font size of 12 points for standard fonts, and 18 points for italics, to avoid blurring. Some fabric will need a little more such as pile fabrics and stretch fabric in these cases we would ask for 20 points.
We are always happy to look at a customers fabric, but before we agree certain tests are required to assess the suitability to our processes.
Yes of course as long as the artwork is set up and approved first.
